Local developer LTNG and Pliskin Architecture are working in collaboration to complete a new five-story residential property in North Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at 76 North 8th Street, the proposed property spans just over 8,821 square feet and would replace a single-story warehouse building.
The ground-up residential building would comprise approximately 5,473 square feet divided among three condominiums. Available homes include one triplex apartment, a single floor-through apartment, and a duplex with a private roof. The proposed layouts will range from 1,400 square feet up to 2,600 square feet.
The renderings reveal a grid of tall, mullion-free windows surrounded by a red brick façade. The masonry wall features an interesting concave shape with a tiled pattern of brick that gradually rises outward from the center in a diagonal pattern. The bright red masonry is interspersed with darker red and earth-toned bricks, adding to the distinctive texture.
LTNG is a newly formed, privately owned real estate development company founded by the former executives of Largo Investments. The team is partially responsible for a number of condominium developments including 514 West 24th Street in Manhattan, a residential conversion at 533 Leonard Street, and Morris Adjmi’s 215 North 10th Street.
At this time, the development team has not confirmed when 76 North 8th Street is expected to break ground or open to residents.
