The exhibit begins behind the Lebanon Community Library on 7th Street and spans the Veterans’ Memorial Walkway, ending behind “Boxie.” The new installation was officially debuted during the first First Friday event to be held since statewide stay-at-home orders were issued in March.
Local artists and makers were invited to design and paint the fish forms, which were available from LVCA for a $20 donation.
