Two new 12-story office towers are proposed for the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, according to commercial real estate company Cawley Partners.

The development, called Tate + Toll, would consist of 600,000 square feet of Class A office space. Amenities would include a conference center, rooftop lounge, fitness center and food service, a March 22 news release stated.

“This area of Frisco offers every amenity you can think of in less than a 5-minute drive,” said Bill Cawley, CEO of Cawley Partners, in the release. “It’s easily accessible and surrounded by some of the best neighborhoods in DFW.”

The project would be located on the east side of the tollway, across from Hall Park and the Dallas Cowboys' home at The Star in Frisco. It is being designed by BOKA Powell, according to the release.

The development will also include the latest sanitation initiatives, such as new heating, venting and air conditioning systems; upgraded filters; air ionization; and ultraviolet light sanitizers, according to the company’s website.

Office space is being preleased through Cawley Partners.

“Given the location and our ability to offer the latest in clean technology and touchless accessibility, Tate + Toll is going to be a very desirable home for corporations moving to DFW,” Cawley stated.
