The developer of the 67-story JEM Private Residences at Miami Worldcenter has filed for a construction permit.
Records show that the construction permit application was submitted to Miami’s Building Department on December 11, and entered prescreening this morning.
According to the construction permit filing, the building will include 259 condo units on levels 39-61, and 530 multi-family units on levels 10-38.
The building height is listed at 699 feet, which is the maximum permitted in the area.
The estimated hard construction cost is listed at $130 million. No contractor is yet attached to the permit.
TNG MWC LLC is listed on the permit as the the owner.
Demolition at the site has already been completed.
A sales gallery for JEM Private Residences opened earlier this month at Worldcenter. It is the first physical manifestation of New York-based developer Naftali Group’s presence in Miami.
