A public design review meeting is coming up soon to discuss the 8-story apartment building going in on the southwest corner of 24th Ave NW and NW Market St.
The project at 2401 NW Market St includes 182 units with parking for 114 vehicles. The existing buildings—once home to The Market Arms—would be demolished to make way for the new apartment complex.
The meeting will be held online on Monday, September 18 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If you want to sign up to comment on the design you can submit a form to be read into the record or request up to two minutes to present your comment. Note that you can’t sign up to comment until two hours before the meeting start time.
Plans have been in the works for this site for quite some time; we first learned about the project in early 2022.
