The PCM volleyball team was back in action Monday at the Roland-Story Tournament in Story City. The Mustangs went 1-1 on the evening.
PCM opened with a rematch against Newton. The Mustangs could not gain much traction in a 2-0 loss, with set scores of 21-15 and 21-11.
The nightcap was a rematch against conference foe Greene County, and it was a back-and-forth battle which saw PCM take a 2-1 win. The Rams opened with a 21-10 win to take a 1-0 sets lead, but PCM roared back to win sets 2 and 3 by scores of 21-14 and 15-10.
PCM moves to 11-14 overall and is back in action next Tuesday at West Marshall.
