There’s good news and “okay” news regarding Movie Games Lunarium’s upcoming Lovecraftian-inspired Lust From Beyond. On one hand, the developers have announced that the game will see a two-week bump from its original release. On the other hand, we also get a brand-new developer diary!
Originally scheduled for release on Steam on February 11th, the title will now see a February 25th release instead. Movie Games Lunarium hasn’t explained the delay, but it’s more than likely it’s a means to polish and squash bugs before the game is unleashed upon the masses.
As for the developer diary, the team, led by studio lead and game director Michal Ciaston (who admits that he’s responsible for this “heresy” known as Lust From Beyond), delves into just why they decided to make an erotic horror game mashing up Lovecraft, Beksiński and Giger, and the challenges they’ve faced. No word on the NSFW trailers for the game, though.
